These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Connor ("we", "us", "our"). They cover this website and The Ultimate No Code SaaS Course (the "Course"). By using this website, claiming access or using the Course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. What We Offer

  • The Course is education. It includes training videos, checklists, prompts and related material about building software with A.I. tools.
  • Free access offers run for a limited time. We may change or end an offer at any time.
  • After you submit the form, a member of our team contacts you to set up your access. Access is granted once setup is complete. Setup includes creating your own account with Base44 (see section 5).
  • We may decline or remove access at our discretion, including when these terms are not followed.

2. Who Can Use This

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
  • The name, email and phone number you give us must be true and must be your own.

3. How We Contact You

When you submit your details, you agree that Digital Connor may contact you by phone call, text message and email at the number and email you gave. This includes contact made with automated technology. We contact you about your access, the Course and related offers.

  • Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • You can also opt out by emailing support@nocodesaasacademy.com.

4. Your Access To The Course

  • We give you a personal license to use the Course for your own learning. It cannot be transferred.
  • You may not share your login, copy, record, resell or hand out the Course or any part of it.
  • We may update, change or remove parts of the Course at any time.

5. Base44 And Other Third-Party Tools

  • The Course teaches you to build on Base44. Base44 is a platform owned and run by a separate company.
  • To use Base44 you need your own Base44 account. That account is covered by Base44's own terms, privacy policy and pricing.
  • Any Base44 plan you choose is paid to Base44, not to us. We do not control Base44's pricing, features or availability.
  • We may be paid by Base44 when you sign up for or pay for a plan through our links or with our team's help.
  • The same applies to any other third-party tool mentioned in the Course. Your use of those tools is between you and them.

6. No Promise Of Results

  • The Course is education. It is not a business opportunity, a job or a guarantee of income.
  • We do not promise that you will make money or reach any result. What you get depends on your effort, skill, time and many things outside our control.
  • Any revenue or income figures shown on this website are examples only. They are not typical and they are not a promise of what you will earn.
  • Other companies and softwares shown as examples are not connected to us and have not endorsed us.
  • Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

7. Questions You Post

  • If you post a question on this website, your first name and your question may be shown publicly. Your email is never shown.
  • You give us permission to show, shorten, answer or remove what you post.
  • Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, and do not post links, ads or private details about yourself or anyone else.
  • We may review, hold back or remove any post for any reason.

This website and the Course, including the videos, text, images, checklists and prompts, belong to Digital Connor or our licensors. They are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use our name, logo or content without our written permission, except as these terms allow.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Connor and its owners, team members and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about this website or the Course is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars, whichever is more.

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used this website or the Course, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs from that claim.

13. Changes And Ending

  • We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website or the Course after a change, you accept the new terms.
  • You can stop using the website and the Course at any time.
  • We may suspend or end your access at any time.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Digital Connor is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that place, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
